We like what we see! How do we book you for our wedding photography?

That's great news! Send me an email via the contact form or use hello@paulharrisonphoto.co.uk and tell me all about your day. Hopefully I’ll be available on your day and if so, I’ll send over a contract for you to take a read through, sign and return. I also require a deposit, which books you into my diary but this comes off your final payment, which would be due no later than 30 days before your big day. 


What kind of equipment do you use?

I use Canon professional camera bodies and professional lenses. These allow me to capture images in the toughest of lighting conditions. I try to use natural light where possible but am equally happy using artificial light where needed to ensure your pictures are as beautiful as possible. I carry back up equipment and am fully insured. 


Do we need to provide a meal for you at our wedding?

Yes please if possible. Photographing your wedding from Bridal preparations to the first dance and beyond means a long day for me and a bite to eat would be greatly appreciated. Ask your venue or vendor if they can provide an extra meal for me, they usually do provide one free of charge or allow me to order from the bar menu or similar. If this does happen to be a problem for you please let me know and I’ll bring a packed lunch! Once you and your guests are eating I wouldn't generally be taking photographs anyway so this is a great time for me to slip away, refuel and be ready for your speeches and evening fun. 


Can we print from the USB?

Of course! They’re all hi-res images without a watermark so please print away! I am happy to recommend suppliers that I know produce great prints. The images come with a licence for you to show should you need to when printing. I only ask that the images I take are not to be used for commercial use without consent from me; if you’d like to send them to any magazines or blogs please let me know.


Can our friends & family buy our images too?

Absolutely, all my packages come with a password protected online gallery for you to share with anybody you like. From there they can browse the photos and order prints or downloads they like. 


How many photos do we get?

It entirely depends on your day and your willing guests – generally I say 400+ as a guide. Of course this will be less if you have ceremony only coverage, or with a second shooter you will get a lot more. 


What is a 'Personal Use Licence'

This means that you will have the right to use your images in any way you would like. This includes printing, uploading to the internet, creating your own wedding album as well as distributing images to friends, relatives, & guests. I just ask that you don't sell or distribute your images for commercial purposes. Should you wish to send them to a wedding blog or magazine I ask that you inform me first.
